Leadership Lab
Every Thursday afternoon cadets participate in a leadership lab designed to provide opportunities to put to use the skills learned in the classroom. Practical exercises include land navigation training, combat water survival, first aid training, and field tactics. During field tactical training, cadets are placed in leadership positions and are responsible for leading missions while being evaluated by cadre in order to identify each cadet's strengths and weaknesses.
